ORDERS

Once your order is placed,we will sent a confirmation email. The second email will notify you when your order has been shipped along with your tracking information. 


SHIPPING

Kismet ships anywhere in the United States.

Goods are shipped via USPS and tracking is sent when shipped out.

 All items are shipped within 2-3 business days.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5 (2-3 business days).


*Kismet is not responsible for any delay,which occurs while a shipment is in the control of the postal service.


RETURNS 

“No Return, No Refund" unless it's damage. 

All sales are final,unless you received the product damaged. In that case the claim must be made within 24 hrs and it must be accompanied with pictures of such damage.


We will replace the item if in stock and if not you will be notified of wait time and can then choose to replace or be refunded.
